Here is our classic and beloved Vegan Banana Bread recipe that’s soft, moist, and packed with banana flavor! This simple recipe is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (or any neutral oil)
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk (like almond, soy, or oat milk)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or a gluten-free flour blend)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  1. Prepare Wet Ingredients:
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the melted coconut oil, plant-based milk, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.
  1. Prepare Dry Ingredients:
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
